ASINCAR is a Spanish Agri-Food Cluster (awarded with the Gold label of the European Cluster Excellence Initiative) formed by ca. 100 industrial members (>95% SMEs) coming from the whole value chain. At regional level, ASINCAR has developed a Bioeconomy regional map in collaboration with regional authorities and provides periodic assistance to evaluate Bioeconomy possibilities in relation to Food chain. It is also a Food Technology Centre, developing R&D activities in this area, including EIP Operational Groups, the valorisation of agri-food residues for use into the Food value chain and the exploration of new bio-based sources for nutrients.

ASINCAR has an active participation in several WPs, such as WP2, WP3, WP5, and WP6, playing a crucial role in the development and completion of the project.
